Overview

Product data is scattered, or the brand doesn't look the same on every channel.

On its own it delivers a clear result; together they share the same product, brand, customer and operations context.

Who is it for?

  • Raw product data that's just a supplier sheet, photos and notes
  • Brands already selling that need new-season imagery, posts and campaigns
  • Anyone who wants consistent content and image sets across several channels

Not yet

  • Teams that don't have a product yet (Validate and Build are on the roadmap)
  • Categories that require heavily regulated claims

Trust boundaries

What does it do automatically, what does it leave as a draft, what comes for approval?

Authority grows per action, not per store; these boundaries describe the first launch scope.

Automatic check
Missing fields, schema, duplicates, format, alt text, brand rules.
Draft
Content, SEO, taxonomy, social posts, campaigns and store blocks.
Approval
External publishing and sharing, core brand messaging, price, regulatory claims, media kit distribution and bulk destructive changes.

Frequently asked questions

Is Studio only for the run-up to launch?

No. After launch, new product imagery, social posts, campaign content and the media kit are all prepared in Studio, in the same brand context. It shares the product record with Operate, so nothing is rebuilt.

Does Studio publish the social posts?

Studio drafts the copy, the image variants and the channel adaptations and runs them through Brand Guardian. Publishing always comes to you for approval; nothing goes out before you approve it.

What's in the media kit?

Logo pack, colour and typography, brand story and boilerplate, approved product imagery, credits and press contacts. Delivered as one shareable link or a PDF; every update is versioned and external distribution goes through approval.

Does Studio generate the images?

The master image always comes from your asset library. Studio prepares the channel crops, the clean background, the alt text and the image brief; every variant is kept with its usage and approval state.

Does Studio publish content directly?

No. Studio drafts and runs the validators; external publishing, core brand messaging and regulatory claims always come for approval. Approved content is written unchanged and verified with a readback.

Can I use Studio without Launch?

Yes. On its own, Studio delivers a catalog, an image set and content that are ready to sell. When you move to Launch, the same product and brand context carries over without being rebuilt.

Let's agree the first scope that works

Bring your product data and your brand; we'll produce the catalog, the imagery and the first posts together.

Your supplier file, your photos and your brand notes are enough. If you're already selling, we start from your current catalog.
