Overview

You have a physical product but no live sales system.

On its own it delivers a clear result; together they share the same product, brand, customer and operations context.

Who is it for?

  • Brands with a finished product, about to open their first store
  • Teams that want checkout, payment, tax and shipping setup driven by evidence
  • Anyone who wants to see a tested flow before going live

Not yet

  • Opening in several countries and currencies at once (Global is on the roadmap)
  • Migration from an existing store; connector scope is agreed in the call

The agent shown on this page

Launch Pilot

First mode: A0–A2 · Readiness and testing automatic; release and checkout activation approved.

Specialist capabilities

  • Readiness Agent
  • Setup Assistant
  • Channel Coordinator
  • Test Shopper

Trust boundaries

What does it do automatically, what does it leave as a draft, what comes for approval?

Authority grows per action, not per store; these boundaries describe the first launch scope.

Automatic
Read-only readiness, testing, safe validation and retryable sync.
Approved
First publish, checkout activation, channel opening and external notifications.
Human-owned
Domain cutover, PSP/risk policy, tax decisions and go-live.

The full trust and autonomy model

Frequently asked questions

Does Launch take the store live for me?

No. Launch proves readiness, prepares the safe fixes and runs the test flow; the go-live decision, domain cutover and payment policy always stay with a human.

Does the test order move real money?

The test shopper runs in the payment provider's sandbox session and the order is flagged as a test. The live payment flow only opens after go-live approval, and under monitoring.

How do channel listings and sync work?

Listing and feed preparation is automatic; opening the channel is approved. Price/stock sync runs as a retryable workflow and failures show up in the channel error queue.
