Our vision

Commerce that can run itself, end to end.

Selfmerce is our vision for a fully autonomous commerce operating system — one system that takes a product from idea to live store, runs orders, inventory, fulfillment and support, then learns what to improve. You set the goals, guardrails and decisions that stay human.

Why we exist

The problem isn't a lack of tools; it's that nobody finishes the work end to end.

  • More tools, no less work

Catalog, store, shipping, support: each one its own screen, its own context. Joining them up always falls to a person.

  • A system that finishes, not one that answers

A chatty assistant is the easy part. The hard part is closing out an order, a return or a release — and keeping the record.

  • Autonomy is earned with evidence

Authority is granted per action, not per store; every level opens on shadow-run, approval and rollback evidence.

What we believe

Six principles, six mechanisms.

  • No authority without evidence

A workflow only gets more once it has shadow runs, reliable execution and rollback evidence behind it.

  • One context, one truth

What Studio learns isn't lost in Launch; all three products share the same product, customer and order model.

  • The critical call is human

At the price, budget, refund and publish thresholds the system doesn't decide. It prepares the decision and brings it to you.

  • Every action is on the record

Proposal, decision, outcome and rollback all live in the same ledger, so "who did this?" never comes up later.

  • Small scope that actually works

We aim at the first real order, not the demo; scope only grows as results come in.

  • No overclaiming

Every label on this site states where the product really is: now, pilot, target or coming soon.

How we work

A pilot grants no authority on day one.

Four steps, each opened by the evidence from the one before it.

Everything that changed is in the changelog
  1. 01 We start with one scopeOne country, one currency, a clearly bounded product group.
  2. 02 Observation firstIn the first phase the system writes nothing; it reads, and shows the gap with evidence.
  3. 03 You set the thresholdsApproval points, the decisions that stay human and the kill switch are defined together.
  4. 04 We measure, then widenNo new authority opens before the result is measured, and every change is in the changelog.

Talk to the team

We work out whether you're a fit for the pilot together, in a 20-minute call.

Let's work together

Bring us your product; we'll build the first working scope together.

We agree the pilot scope, the approval thresholds and the human-owned decisions in the first call.
